About

A local owner who does the work himself

Great Shine Exteriors is owned by Kellan Mugisha and based in Columbia, Missouri. The mission is simple, to make every home look its best, inside and out.

How the business started

Great Shine Exteriors was founded by Kellan and built on three things, honest work, fair pricing, and results customers can actually see. That is not a slogan, it is the whole operating model of a business where the owner is the person on the ladder.

Kellan is young, hands on and personally invested in every job. He treats each property with care because he is the one who has to stand in front of the customer at the end and ask them to look at it. That single fact changes how the work gets done.

The company specialises in exterior cleaning that restores curb appeal and helps protect the surfaces of a property. Window cleaning is the core of it, with gutter cleaning, power washing and holiday lights around it.

What Kellan does

• Residential Window Cleaning , glass cleaned by hand inside and out, so the light comes back into your rooms.
• Commercial Window Cleaning , storefronts and office glass kept clear, on a rhythm that suits your trading hours.
• Gutter Cleaning , troughs and downspouts cleared by hand and flushed, so water leaves the roof properly.
• Power Washing , driveways, siding, decks and walkways washed at a pressure the surface can take.
• Holiday Lights , lights planned, hung, maintained and taken down again, ladder work included.
