Do you clean the inside as well?

Can you remove hard water stains?

Often, yes, when the mineral has not been baked into the glass for years. Kellan will tell you honestly on the day if a pane has gone too far rather than charge you for a result that is not coming.

Do I need to be home?

For exterior only work, no, as long as gates are unlocked and access is clear. Interior work needs someone to let him in.

Can you clean before we open?

What is the difference between power washing and soft washing?

Power washing uses pressure to move dirt, soft washing uses a gentle flow and dwell time to release it. Concrete usually wants pressure, siding and wood want the softer approach.

Can you remove every stain from concrete?

Most organic staining and road grime comes up well. Old oil, rust and paint may lighten rather than disappear, and Kellan will tell you that before he starts.

How long does the surface stay clean?
