Terms of service
The plain terms for this website and for work arranged through it.
About this site
This website is operated by Great Shine Exteriors LLC, 203 Sieville Ave, Columbia, Missouri 65203. It describes services offered in Columbia, Rocheport and Jefferson City, Missouri and gives you ways to ask for a price.
Information on the site
The descriptions here explain how the work is normally carried out. They are written in good faith, but every property is different, so what applies to your job is what Kellan confirms with you directly.
Quotes
Nothing on this site is a price. A quote is given by Kellan for a specific property and a specific scope of work after you describe it. If the work found on site differs from what was described, he will tell you before continuing rather than adjusting the price quietly.
Booking and access
Agreeing a visit means providing safe and reasonable access to the areas being worked on. Weather affects exterior cleaning, so visits sometimes have to be moved, and you will be told as early as possible.
Photographs and imagery
Images on this site are illustrative service photography showing the type of work carried out. They are not presented as records of specific customer properties.
Limits
Great Shine Exteriors carries out cleaning and holiday light installation. It does not carry out roof, gutter or structural repairs. Where a problem is spotted, it is reported to you plainly so you can decide what to do next.
